Freddie Mac Single-Family Updates to Be Aware of As of June 2018
Freddie Mac has released a new Single-Family Week in Review announcement with a few standouts. The standout announcements include upcoming testing, report findings and more.
The company is planning on conducting a walk-through of new features for the Single Security segment. The walk-through will focus on key security activities and Freddie Mac says they are actively looking for interested parties to conduct the exercise.
The company also announced the release of a new report that focuses on the Shared Equity Homeownership Funding Model.
"This new report examines whether public, private and philanthropic financing - rather than grants - could be used to make shared equity homeownership possible," according to the Week in Review.
