The 2019 Colorado Mortgage Summit kicked off on Thursday, October 3 with a great turnout and plenty of vendors and educational opportunities for attendees looking to increase their business and perfect their practices.
From diving into untapped opportunity in rental loans with Stephen Grupp of Visio Lending to growing outside the box using NON-QM with Chris Taylor of Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions, attendees were treated to a number of educational sessions that taught them how to diversify their business.
Speakers took to the UWM main stage that would later on feature UWM's own EVP, Allen Beydoun, who shared the importance of being different in order to dominate the competition.
Attendees filled the exhibit hall where they were able to network with the speakers and top companies in the mortgage industry today.
The learning continued the following day as pre-registered attendees who attended the show were able to take the complete 8-hour NMLS course featuring David Luna of Mortgage Educators and Compliance.
