CoreLogic Acquires National Tax Search
CoreLogic has made its sixth acquisition in the last couple of years with National Tax Search and is growing at an impressive rate.
"In just the last few years, CoreLogic has acquired a la mode, Mercury Network, LandSafe Appraisal Services, FNC and RELS," according to HousingWire.
"The acquisition of NTS combines premier property data and real estate expertise from CoreLogic with NTS’ leading technology and excellence in customer service," said Nancy Langer, executive, real estate tax and payment solutions at CoreLogic.
The company is looking to digitize the market and further enhance the experience for users in its customer base.
"In 2016, CoreLogic closed on the acquisition of FNC, a provider of real estate collateral information technology and solutions that automate property appraisal ordering, tracking, documentation and review for lender compliance with government regulations, for a total purchase price of $400 million," according to HW.
