Zillow Teams Up With Homebuilders To Fuse iBuying With New Build Home Buying

Zillow revealed a full lineup of homebuilders that it will be working with to help folks selling their homes get into newly built homes, all in one transaction. The company says that the transaction will also allow sellers to wait up to eight months before moving.

"Zillow announced this week that it is partnering with homebuilders Ashton Woods, Brookfield Residential, Fischer Homes, H&H Homes, Hartford Homes, Kerley Family Homes, M/I Homes, Mattamy Homes, Oakwood Homes, PulteGroup, and Shea Homes," according HousingWire.

"When home shoppers buy a new construction home from one of Zillow's homebuilder partners, they will have the opportunity to sell their existing home directly to Zillow, on their own timeline, through Zillow Offers," the company said in a release.

The process allows buyers and sellers to move at a more convenient pace and helps take the stress of finding a new home away from sellers. Unfortunately, the iBuying program and homebuilder partnership is only offered in limited markets during the rollout.
