Steven Sless Hired To Help Bolster Primary Residential Mortgage's Reverse Presence

Steven Sless will serve as Primary Residential Mortgage's mortgage division manager, according to a recent report. The Utah-based company is bringing Sless in just as he has been working on a series of reverse mortgage seminars.

"In his new position, Sless’ responsibilities will extend to the opening of PRMI’s first consumer-direct retail branch based in the state of Maryland," according to Reverse Mortgage Daily.

“My model doesn’t only consist of the local mid-Atlantic market,” said Sless.

“It does consist of a more broad, national marketing strategy. But in Maryland, that’s where I’ve been holding my learning workshops and reverse mortgage seminars for the past seven years. So, I’ve really been able to build a brand here locally that’s respected and trusted. We’ve been doing direct mail and seminars here in Maryland for some time.”

Sless also revealed that he was really excited to work with PRMI because of the company's personnel and consumer-direct approach. He will be working closely with George Morales, the HECM business development manager for PRMI.
