Colorado Mortgage Summit 2018: Brief Recap
The 2018 Colorado Mortgage Summit kicked off on October 2, at the Denver Marriott Westminster. The event was heavily attended by brokers, loan originators and nearly 30 exhibitors.
Throughout this event, attendees were able to gain valuable information through a number of educational sessions. Sessions began with the Colorado Regulatory Update followed by welcoming remarks from Colorado Association of Mortgage Professionals President Jayne Bail and Originator Connect National Mortgage Chair Don Frommeyer.
A number of sessions would follow from some of the most successful names in the mortgage industry. Erik Janeczko shared Success Secrets of America's Best MLO's, UWM Executive Vice President Allen Beydoun revealed How To Take More Market Share in 2018 and Darylle Dennis shared some great insight on how to Triple Your Personal And Professional Power.
Freedom Mortgage's Senior Vice President Allen Middleman also held an engaging discussion on wholesale options and also fielded some questions from the audience.
David Lykken and industry expert David Luna were the featured keynote speakers for the 2018 Colorado Mortgage Summit. Lykken's session showed attendees how and why the dynamic is shifting to consumer direct, while Luna provided clarity of the revamped TRID 2.0.
As the doors to the exhibit hall opened, attendees flooded the Salon C ballroom and began networking with some of the top companies in the mortgage industry.
