10 Affordable Cities That Are High On The Buyers Radar
There big cities are becoming too expensive for prospecting buyers. It has force them to explore other neighboring areas or to even venture out of states in some cases.
National Mortgage News recently compiled a list of 10 Affordable Cities that buyers are flocking to and some of them may not surprise you.
"Data from the second quarter of 2018 showed inhabitants of Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York fleeing their cities in search of more economical places to live, according to a Redfin analysis of Census Bureau data," according to NMN. “With home prices reaching new heights in many metro areas, it’s no surprise people are continuing to move away from expensive metros in search of homeownership,” said Redfin Senior Economist Taylor Marr, according to the report.
The list of cities include: Nashville, San Diego, Miami, Dallas, Austin, Portland, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Sacramento and Phoenix.
