Updated Loan Collateral Advisor and UCDP Feedback is Coming Soon to Freddie Mac
Freddie Mac is continuing to introduce updates to its current systems that are created to streamline loan processes. According to a recent release the company is making updates to the Loan Collateral Advisor and it also plans to add UCDP Feedback Messages.
"In a recent Single-Family News Center article, we told you about enhancements being made to Loan Collateral Advisor®," according to Freddie Mac.
"These enhancements will mean that when you submit appraisals to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®), new collateral risk scoring and feedback messaging will help you simplify processes to create efficiency and provide greater opportunity for collateral representation and warranty relief."
