Freddie Mac UCDP System Outage Reminder
Freddie Mac has issued a reminder to mortgage professionals that the Uniform Collateral Data Portal system will be down for scheduled maintenance.
The system will be down today, August 6, 2018 until 1a.m. ET on Tuesday August 7 and again on Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 12a.m. ET to 4a.m. ET.
"During this outage users will not be able to access the UCDP to submit or review appraisals. You can read the announcement here [PDF]," according to a recent Freddie Mac post.
Freddie Mac is also encouraging anyone with questions to contact the UCDP Support Center at 800-917-9291.
