US Mortgage Corporation Looks into Reverse Expansion
A new report reveals that US Mortgage Corporation is looking to possibly expand the reverse mortgage division. The move is in direct correlation with the new hire of Steven Sless as national reverse mortgage director.
"The Melville, N.Y.-based US Mortgage has offered reverse mortgages for about the past seven years, but owner and CEO Steven Milner sees an opportunity to expand his company’s reach in the marketplace," according to Reverse Mortgage Daily.
"Sless, who most recently worked as a branch director for Huron Valley Financial, has built his career on an in-person approach to explaining the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage to seniors, hosting dinner-based speaking engagements in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C."
According to a statement from Sless, the company is looking to expand its reverse reach to different regions of the country, targeting specific areas where they believe the reverse mortgage business can flourish.
