Freddie Mac Defers ULDD Phase 3 Updates to the Loan Selling Advisor
Freddie Mac has decided to defer phase 3 updates of the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset for the Loan Selling Advisor and Loan Quality Advisor software until March 5, according to a recent bulletin.
"Please continue to deliver loans according to ULDD Phase 2 requirements until that time," according to the post.
"The Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) will be updated to reflect this change in a future Guide Bulletin."
The company apologized for any inconvenience that could be caused due to the deferment, however, they did not provide reasoning behind the delay. To learn more about the deferment in updates, click on the image above.
