Freddie Mac Updates HFA Advantage Program in LPA
Freddie Mac has introduced a new update to their HFA Advantage Program. The update has taken effect as of December 3 and can be located in the Loan Product Advisor.
"We're updating Loan Product Advisor to better support the Freddie Mac HFA Advantage Program," according to Freddie Mac.
"Beginning December 3, 2017, Sellers will no longer see an 'ineligible' purchase restriction on the Loan Evaluation Summary page. The purchase eligibility will now display as 'eligible'."
