Top Housing Markets to End 2017
If you're wondering whether or not your city is on the top of the housing market list, we found some pretty neat information for you. National Mortgage News has outlined the top 10 housing markets to close out 2017 and some of these cities may surprise you.
"Of the 331 counties that Attom analyzed, 213 are expected to have home sales above the national average during the fourth quarter, according to the Irvine, Calif.-based real estate data aggregator's Pre-Mover Housing Index, a predictive measure of the upcoming quarter's home sales activity," according to the report.
With over 50% above the the national average, it's safe to say that it has been an overall solid year for the mortgage industry. So, which cities have been flourishing the most this year?
The NMN list kicks off with Kingsport, Tennessee and continues with Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Tampa, Reno, Nashville, Washington, Chicago, Manchester (NH) and Colorado Springs.
