Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset is receiving more updates to ensure that it is ready for the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. The company also shared a few more loan delivery updates, as well as some tips for mortgage professionals.

The Selling News report claims that the changes to the ULDD include, "changes related to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Final Rule for the collection of borrower demographic information, further aligning GSE loan delivery requirements, and other Phase 3 data point revisions."

The company is also looking to enhance the Loan Delivery service for November and December 2018 with user interface updates and additional tools.

Meanwhile, the company is also providing some educational opportunities with a Uniform Closing Dataset Ask-the-Expert webinar that will be available now through January. In addition to the webinar, the company also posted a reminder about their new resource for contacting acquisitions, which kicks off on November 13.
