"The Tarrant County city of Watauga is getting the honor again from online home sales site Realtor.com," according to National Mortgage News.
"Located north of Fort Worth, Watauga takes up only about four square miles and has a population of more than 25,000."
The Realtor.com report explains that Watauga is a "vibrant, multicultural metropolis." Watauga also happens to be rich in restaurants and more cultural offerings as well as strong school districts.
Jacquelyn Reff, Watauga's director of planning and economic development believes that the price point for all Watauga has to offer is good, according to the report.
