Brian Sacks Helps Originators Look Beyond Their Goals

Originators operate on specific goals in their personal lives and in their careers. However, Brian Sacks is urging originators not to simply set goals, instead, he believes they so be quantified. 

 

Sacks took a question from an originator looking to earn $100,000 and asked what the quickest way to doing so is. Sacks decided that the question should change and explained that the real question should be "how do I get 20 agents to each give me 3 deals a year?"

 

Don't worry, Sacks actually provides a couple of steps to help answer the revised question. First, you must "start identifying agents who already do business with you and also the ones you want to do business with."
