U.S. Median Home Value Surpasses $200,000
Zillow has released their United States Home Prices and Values for the month of June 2017 and the results are interesting.
According to numbers, The United States Median Home Value now sits at $200,400. This number reflects a 7.4% increase over a one year span. The company is also predicting another 3.2% rise within the next year.
"The median list price per square foot in the United States is $139. The median price of homes currently listed in the United States is $259,000. The median rent price in the United States is $1,600."
