Fannie Mae To Lower Financial Standards For Mortgage Applicants in July

July 29 will mark an increase in Fannie Mae's DTI ceiling for mortgage applicants. Instead of the current 45 percent debt-to-income ratio that is in current use, the company will increase it by 5 percent. Click the image above to get the full breakdown.
